5CS has invested alongside the Founders Gerrit Prins and Ricardo Toren. We have professionalized the organization by appointing a CFO and highly experienced dental advisors with strong experience in growing companies through acquisitions. Together with Gerrit Prins we have structured a strong management fundament as a basis for further acquisitions and growth.

From this point forward we will support Gerrit and the management team to realize their ambition to continue scaling the business by optimizing the service organization in the fields of HR, finance, procurement, marketing, communication and general management.

Furthermore, with 5CS’ strong experience in growing business through buy & build trajectories, we are closely teaming up with management in add-on acquisitions. These acquisitions will cement PUUR Mondzorg’s position as the market leader in the northern part of the Netherlands.

Pixelzebra, a Microsoft Dynamics CRM specialist and Xperit, an experienced Microsoft Business Central ERP partner are the companies forming the fundament of the new platform called Axelio. Since the start of Axelio – in collaboration with 5CS – both Newminds (a Microsoft Business Central ERP partner) and Bend (a Microsoft Dynamics CRM specialist) have been acquired.

The founders of Pixelzebra, Xperit, Newminds and Bend see wide range of opportunities being part of Axelio: for their customers the opportunity to use a wider range of Microsoft solutions and expertise and for their employees opportunities to grow in many directions.

HIGHLIGHTS INVESTERING

The directors and founders of the four companies have committed themselves to actively lead the company with Frank van der Woude as CEO of Axelio. Frank has 25 years of experience in the IT space and great success in leading European wide Microsoft Value Added Resellers.

Axelio must become the new mid-market vertically focused Microsoft Partner to help customers to fully enjoy the Microsoft suite of ERP, CRM, BI and Power Platform tools to increase their productivity and performance.

The 5CS team members have a strong background in the IT and the software market and will be participating in an active supportive role to help drive the business and plan going forward.
